She had set clear expectations, established routines, and used positive reinforcement to create a structured learning environment. It was evident that there was a strong grasp of the technique and implemented it consistently throughout the demonstration. In terms of strengths, the peer's presentation was engaging and well-organized. They used a variety of instructional strategies and resources to keep the audience interested and involved. Her delivery pattern was confident and they effectively communicated the key points of their lesson.   However, in my opinion, there were a few areas for improvement. Teaching philosophies are like guiding principles that shape how educators approach teaching and learning. They reflect their beliefs about education and serve as a foundation for their teaching practices. There are different types of teaching philosophies, such as Essentialism, progressivism, Constructivism, Behaviorism, and Humanism. These philosophies foster the importance of education in children and promote active learning methods and student-centered approaches varying on learner requirements. My perspective when it comes to teaching is such that as educators, we cannot be limited to one philosophy nor can we depend on a systematic doctrine within a classroom setting.
