Peer Observation
To acquire knowledge, one must study.
but to acquire wisdom, one must observe.

Fazna demonstrated the chosen classroom management technique
quite effectively. She had set clear expectations, established routines, and
used positive reinforcement to create a structured learning environment. It was
evident that there was a strong grasp of the technique and implemented it
consistently throughout the demonstration.
In terms of strengths, the peer's presentation was engaging
and well-organized. They used a variety of instructional strategies and
resources to keep the audience interested and involved. Her delivery pattern
was confident and they effectively communicated the key points of their lesson.
She did a commendable job of engaging the audience during
the demonstration by utilizing interactive activities, such as in-class
eliciting, discussions, and hands-on tasks, to encourage active participation. She
also made sure to ask thought-provoking questions to stimulate critical
thinking and provide opportunities for students to share their ideas.

When faced with challenges, such as time restriction and learner engagement, the peer handled them well. She remained calm and composed, addressing any disruptions or distractions promptly and effectively which showcased her flexibility in adapting their instruction to meet the needs of different learners and ensured that everyone remained focused and on track.
Overall, I found her teaching demonstration to be successful in showcasing their chosen classroom management technique. She demonstrated strengths in engaging the audience and handling challenges, while also having areas for improvement in providing individualized support and increasing student participation. With continued practice and reflection, she has a greater potential to further enhance her teaching skills
