To acquire knowledge, one must study. but to acquire wisdom, one must observe. - Marilyn Savant Fazna demonstrated the chosen classroom management technique quite effectively. She had set clear expectations, established routines, and used positive reinforcement to create a structured learning environment. It was evident that there was a strong grasp of the technique and implemented it consistently throughout the demonstration. In terms of strengths, the peer's presentation was engaging and well-organized. They used a variety of instructional strategies and resources to keep the audience interested and involved. Her delivery pattern was confident and they effectively communicated the key points of their lesson. However, in my opinion, there were a few areas for improvement.
